BRIEF:

The client provided us with an empty ground- floor office space that required improvements and updates.

After clearing out the space, we designed and installed a new lighting scheme and a new kitchen. We also added new vinyl and carpeted floor finishes, as well as new decorations.

Our aim was to create a finished product for the letting agents to use in their marketing efforts to attract a new tenant.
