BRIEF:
The University appointed Camino Interiors on a Design & Build basis to upgrade their existing campus toilets spread over 3 levels.
We outsourced an architect to develop the design with each phase having a different theme.
The works were split into two phases so plenty of facilities remained in operation for the staff and students. Each area was stripped back to the shell & core, and a full refit was carried out including all new MEPH services.
