Our client required their newly acquired office to be refurbished to accommodate their existing Chelmsford team.

This CAT B Turnkey project involved everything from stripping out existing fixtures and fittings to installing the new furniture and everything in between.

We worked closely with the landlord, other tenants, and incumbent subcontractors to complete the AC, heating and fire alarm modifications.
