Our client wished to enhance the appeal of their brand-new industrial units in order to entice new tenants.

In each unit the works comprised of a mezzanine floor fit-out complete with partitioning which meets with strict acoustic standards, viewing apertures over the warehouse, fitted kitchen, floor finishes, power & lighting.

The warehouse and overall works included power and lighting throughout along with a new fire alarm system and a Flowcrete warehouse concrete floor finish.
