Our client wished to enhance the appeal of their 4 storey Victorian property located in Birmingham city centre.

The works comprised of stripping out the vacant 3rd & 4th floor offices, new ceilings, lighting, flooring, kitchens, and decorations. Flooring and decorations throughout the common areas.

Basement Victorian brickwork repairs, ceilings, lighting, and floor finishes. External façade cleaning and new bespoke circular window to match existing.
